Sales Central is a business-to-business outbound and pipeline-generation service operated by an individual sole operator based in Serbia ("Sales Central", "we", "us", "our"). We operate the website salescentral.io. We are the controller responsible for personal data processed through this website. Contact: hello@salescentral.io or todor@salescentral.io.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through salescentral.io, why, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. Our website is a marketing site. It has no user accounts and no online store. You can contact us or book a call, and we use a small number of analytics and visitor-identification tools described below.

• Information you give us directly. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, any details you include, and your booking information.
• Booking data. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the information needed to book and confirm the meeting, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any answers to booking questions.
• Analytics data. We measure website traffic using privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which does not use cookies and does not identify you. If you consent, we also use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and collects pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and referral source.
• Visitor identification data (United States visitors only). If you consent, and only where you are located in the United States, we use RB2B (a service of Retention.com) to identify business visitors. This can include your name, business email address, company, and professional profile information, matched from third-party data sources. We do not perform person-level identification of visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere outside the United States.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these emails or profiles. We do not sell your personal data in the ordinary sense. We share data with the service providers that make our website work:

We are based in Serbia, and several of our providers are in the United States. When your data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to Serbia or the United States, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available under applicable law, which may include the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers), Standard Contractual Clauses, or your explicit consent. We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to the provider settings. Visitor-identification records are kept only as long as they are useful for business development and are deleted on request or when you opt out.

Our website is for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
